How we charge
Agency subscription
A fixed monthly plan price — for the whole agency, not per team member.
Per-client fee
We count active clients with a brand connected to Socialu. Paused and ended clients are not counted.
AI credits
A plan may include AI credits in Socialu. Buy more in credit packs inside the app.
FAQ
Do I pay per team member?
No. You pay the agency subscription and the fee for active clients — invite your team as needed.
How does the trial work?
It starts when you create your agency. Before it ends, choose a plan and payment in Settings → Plan and billing.
How can I pay?
By card or fast bank transfer — via Stripe or Przelewy24. Invoices are available in the app.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time in the plan settings.
Does my client pay separately for Socialu?
Not necessarily. You create content for clients in the agency panel from the agency credit pool. A client’s own Socialu access is a separate service.
