What is agenco?
An app for running a social media agency: clients, sales, proposals and contracts, content delivery, client approvals, team, communication and finance.
How is agenco different from Socialu?
Socialu is the content engine: AI, graphics, video, publishing and analytics. agenco is the agency system that uses Socialu via API. One account; access to each product is switched on separately.
Do I need Socialu?
CRM, proposals, team and finance work without content. Creating posts, publishing and comments require the Socialu connection — set up in the background when you create your agency.
Does agenco work on mobile?
Yes, in the browser. You can also add it to your home screen.
Clients and white label
Will my client see the agenco name?
The portal runs at your address and in your colours. Plans with “Hide agenco” also remove the platform mention.
How do I connect my own domain?
In Settings → White label add the domain and a CNAME record at your domain provider. We issue the SSL certificate automatically.
Can clients edit posts themselves?
If you allow it. Commenting and copy editing are switched on separately per client, person or link.
Payments
How much does agenco cost?
An agency subscription plus a fee per active client. Prices are on the pricing page.
Is there a trial?
Yes, it starts when you create your agency. The trial length is shown with each plan.
Which payment methods?
Stripe (card) and Przelewy24.
Data and security
Who can see my clients’ data?
Only people in your agency you give access to, and people on the client side — within the scope you set. Internal notes, costs and margin never reach the client.
Can I export data?
Yes. Client data export and deletion are built in (GDPR).
Where is data stored?
On the agenco server, in a separate database. Details: privacy policy and data processing agreement.
